  • Project Cancellation: If you cancel the project before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
  • Partial Completion: If you cancel the project after work has begun but before it is completed, a partial refund may be granted. The refund will be based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  • No Refunds After Completion: Once the service has been fully delivered and accepted, no refunds will be provided.

2. Software Services

For our software development and related services, we follow these refund guidelines:

  • Custom Software Development:
    • Before Project Start: A full refund may be issued if the project has not started and no resources have been allocated.
    • After Project Start: A partial refund may be provided based on the work completed and the costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
    • After Project Delivery: No refunds are available once the final product has been delivered and accepted by the client.
  • SaaS Products:
    • For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your subscription, but you will retain access to the service until the end of the billing cycle.
    • For annual subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
